What's our belief?
Intuition. Judgement. Trust. Communication.
Intuition
We understand that each project has its own challenges and goals. Working in the web development industry for the past 9 years, we've learned to identify what our clients needs are for their website. We have learned to ask the right questions and to provide added benefits of providing additional recommendations that work towards the goal of your website.
Judgement
Often, smaller business don't have the resources necessary to figure out what their exact needs are for their website. Owners of smaller businesses generally don't understand what type of benefits a website can provide for their business. For these companies, they usually only understand that a website is a one way communication medium where you can put information about the company, telephone numbers and address. Under these circumstances, we provide additional consultation services, where we sit down with you and help you figure out what your needs are, and how we can achieve it with your website.
Trust and Communication
The client / contractor trust relationship is very important to us because thats the foundation for building a website under the right assumptions and expectations. We often like to believe that trust can be established immediately, but this is often not the case. In order to build out this trust, we believe in fostering a clear communication line and provide clear cut deliverables and expecations from the beginning of the project. Only through clear cut discussions, meetings and direction could we build out this trust relationship with our clients.
The value in our work
We believe that a successful project is not just in creating a fantastic site, but also the relationship we foster with the client. It doesn't matter what size job we do, we value the ability to create a continual relationship with the client. Sometimes we may be a bit harsh in our recommendations or suggestions, even swaying from the clients ideas, but we value that open communication and the importance of putting out every idea on the table. We expect to get criticized with our ideas, as that is sometimes the only way to flush out ideas clients have.
